Sponsorship Opportunities for the 13th Annual Regatta at Lake Arthur

Moraine State Park - South Shore
August 6th and 7th, 2011

The Regatta is the premier summer-time event at Moraine State Park. The air, land, and water events routinely draw in the range of 40,000 people to the Park from the tri-county region and beyond. Sailboat races, canoe and kayak races, puddle duck races, hot air balloon launches, children’s games and activities, Dead Fish Polo, fishing, swimming, entertainment, helicopter rides, crafters, great food, car show…Fireworks over the Lake (when we have a sponsor)…and much more make this a family event which is unique and without equal in the area.

As a Family Friendly Event, the Regatta showcases the wealth of diverse recreational possibilities this area offers, and thereby promotes our region, our environment and Moraine State Park. The volunteers on the Regatta Board improve upon the successes of the year before, and
this year some new events will be added to the schedule.

Past and continuing support by area businesses, in the form of sponsorships, has greatly helped The Regatta at Lake Arthur to prosper and grow into an event which is eagerly anticipated by many thousands of people all over Western Pa and Ohio. We’d very much like to have you with us in 2011.

As a sponsor, you will contribute to the Regatta’s continued growth and positive community influence, and we trust your business will benefit by association with this most worthwhile event.

Your sponsorship of the Regatta, at any level, earns a collection of promotional opportunities to support your organization. It establishes you as a leader in the community, and as one who appreciates the unique attributes of our area as a place to live, work, and play.

The Regatta depends not only on its 200-plus volunteers, but also on the generous support of area businesses and organizations. It is the combined individual contributions of time and money which make the Regatta happen. We ask you, with your sponsorship at whatever level is good for you, to partner with our host of volunteers to present the 2011 Regatta to the community.

Flagship Sponsor _____ $5000

 

Special Note: A $5000 cash Sponsorship for the Regatta at Lake Arthur would be specifically designated for the Saturday Night Fireworks display over the Lake. If there are no other $5000 sponsors your enterprise will be become Main sponsor of the “Regatta at Lake Arethur”.

·         “Butler County Getaway” Weekend Package (a weekend on us, for two, in Butler County - two overnight stays at Butler County Bed and Breakfasts, a round of golf for four people at one of Butler County’s 15 golf courses, two dinners-for-two at unique Butler County restaurants, and assorted other goodies)

** Potential sponsors $500 level and up - To have your logo or company name appear on the Regatta poster, we must know of your desire to sponsor by about June 1, 2011. You are still very welcome to sponsor at these higher levels afterwards of course, and such sponsorship would be acknowledged on the Regatta website and other Regatta promotional materials, but we cannot guarantee acknowledgment on the poster after this date.
